Cancellation:

Clients have the option to reschedule their appointments for another day up to two times. To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Retainer Fee:

A retainer fee is required to secure your appointment slot. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations and no-shows.

Emergency Situations:

In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
